Neighbors (Red Band Trailer)

Seth Rogan and Rose Byrne play a couple that has moved into a new neighborhood after having their first child; then, they get new neighbors who live next door. It is revealed that the new neighbors are members of a fraternity and the house is used as their frat house. At first, things seem to be cool. However, things get out of hand (especially with the newborn child’s welfare at stake). The neighbors declare “war” on each other by pulling a series of pranks.
